Service Description
In our lifetime, we experience traumatic events that we either could not face or have chosen not to face them for whatever reason. We harbor these within our bodies hoping that they will just fade away. The reality is they are still within us. They affect us causing us to behave a certain way, react a certain way and impact our health in dangerous ways. Through this meditative session, we get your mind to stop thinking, judging or analyzing. We get your mind to a quiet state, so that the body can heal from these traumatic events. With a combination of meditation and breath work we will strive to rid the hurt and pain, so that we can let them go and not let them hold us back from being the person we were meant to be. Please be advised this session is very intense. You may cry, you may laugh, your body will react, you will scream. These are things your body will do to shed the bad energy and start the healing process. If you are ready to finally let these things go then it is time. This is a two hour session. Prior to booking a session we would like to hold a brief conversation to make sure you can go over any questions you may have as well as guide you on how to prepare for the session. AHO.
