Sound Bath Under the Stars

Joshua Tree is ranked as one of the top stargazing destinations in North America. Offering uninterrupted views, limited/non-existent light pollution, and breathtaking clarity, the night sky is truly one of Joshua Tree's crown jewels. Join us as we gather in the womb center of Windwalker's Medicine Wheel for a guided meditation and sound bath under the stars. We begin our session with a sunset guided intention setting meditation tea; allowing time to relax the body, calm the mind and settle deeply into the surrounding environment. Then discovery your animal totem and what it can show you about your path. Following the animal totem, experience the crystalline sound frequencies and the power of the "here and now moment", through an immersive sound journey. Connecting with the low frequency cosmic range of sounds to help clear stagnant energy, remove personal blockages, and heighten the internal connection to source. Lay under the stars, relax, breathe, and receive. After our sound journey we will embark on a session of storytelling. This will connect us to the universe and each other. A ceremonial dish will be served after as well as light refreshments. The event is intended to offer something for your mind, body soul and senses. The wheel will be open 30 minutes before to allow time to get settled and socialize. Following the sound bath, no rush.. You are welcomed to stay for an optional 30 min integration under the night sky. Doors open 7 pm and the journey starts at 7:30pm. *Mats and blankets provided
