FULL MOON CEREMONY FOR THE CORNPLANTING MOON
Aho All! Preparations for our full moon ceremony for the cornplanting moon are underway. The ceremony will be held on June 14th at 7:30pm. There will be a button below where you can reserve your spot. Remember seating is limited.
This full moon is also one of the supermoons for this year! What is a supermoon you ask? Will it give me super powers? Does that mean the moon is really an ancient alien ship? No to the second question and no idea I mean they did make that movie about that so you never know to the third question.
Now to answer the first one. A supermoon is when the moon either full or new is at its closest point to Earth in its orbit. This results in the moon looking larger. June and July are back to back supermoons.
This moon is referred to as the cornplanting moon. It teaches us to appreciate the beauty in yourself and in your environment. It shows us the importance of balancing your time, energy and creativity. To make sure your life is in harmony.
The animal for this month is the Deer. The Deer teaches us to be more consistent, and more willing to share our deep feelings. If you were born under the deer, you are very creative and follow your heart.
Moss agate is the mineral for this month. It can you bring balance to your body especially the eyes. It helps you to find truth and courage within yourself. We suggest if you have some to bring it with you so it can be charged under the moon during the ceremony.
