The Power of Mothers

Mothers and motherhood hold significant influence not only in our personal lives but also in our cultural narratives. The concept of the mother is depicted and reimagined in numerous forms and stories. Typically, the act of creation involves the mother. We even call the planet we inhabit "Mother Earth." It is the mother figure that gives life to all living beings. Mothers are the ones who bring us into existence.

We are truly honored to collaborate with Genesis Godoy in bringing the Mother's Storytelling Circle to life. Our aim is to establish a space that supports mothers, whether they are expecting their first child, enjoying the experience of watching them grow, or facing an empty nest. Your stories are important, and we want to hear and celebrate them. We hope this group will foster a sense of community. In this era of heightened connectivity yet increased isolation, navigating the journey of motherhood alone can be challenging. This is where the circle can offer support—a safe space to be yourself and share the path of motherhood together.

This is a free gathering but donations are accepted. Donations will go towards supporting the group and the community we create.
